Big Bag Packer
CYprocess big bag packers — also called FIBC fillers or ton-bag packing machines — weigh-fill flexible intermediate bulk containers from 300 to 1500 kg. Electronic weighing, automatic bag release and dust extraction keep filling accurate and the filling head clean.

How this equipment works in powder handling lines and what to consider when selecting it.
Working principle
The operator hangs the bag on the hooks and the spout is clamped. A variable-speed feeder discharges product while the weigh frame tracks the load, and a vibration table densifies the bag during filling. Near target weight the feeder slows, then stops; the clamps open and the filled bag is removed by forklift or conveyor.
Configuration and options
Top-weigh stations suspend the bag from load cells and suit 300-1000 kg duties. Bottom-weigh stations rest it on a scale deck for up to about 1500 kg. Both accept airbag or dual-cylinder belt clamps, and pallet magazines, outfeed conveyors and checkweighers can be added.

CY-BB big-bag packers dose 300 - 1500 kg FIBCs. Weigh frame, bag clamp and dust hood are configured to the bag style; both models accept screw, gravity or vibrating feeding.
