Solution
Food Powder Handling
Food plants need enclosed powder transfer from sack or FIBC intake through screening, weighing and mixing - without dust on packaging floors or foreign-body risk at open tip points.

What the system covers
A typical food powder line starts at a bag dump or FIBC station and ends at the mixer or packer. Screening, metal detection, vacuum conveying, interim storage, weighing and local extraction are selected as modules, then tied together with one control philosophy so the route behaves consistently between shifts.
Hygienic design choices
Product-contact parts are normally SS304, upgraded to SS316L for acidic or high-hygiene duties. Surfaces are smooth, joints are flanged or clamped, and access covers let operators clean without tools. Filters and receivers are positioned so they can be serviced without leaving product open.
How projects are delivered
We start from your material, capacities and layout, then issue a process description, equipment list, GA drawings and utility requirements. Systems are checked before shipment and commissioned on site with your operators.
