Resources and Support
Resources configured to the material, hygiene and throughput demands of every sector.
Where to start
Powder handling projects usually begin with one of three questions: which equipment suits this material, what a system will involve to install and run, or how someone else has solved the same problem. The sections below are arranged so that each one answers a different part of that picture, and none of them needs a login or a form to read.
The blog covers engineering topics - dilute phase against dense phase, hopper refill control, dust control in packing areas. The case studies show what was installed in food, battery, chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics plants. Downloads collects the catalog, brochures and datasheets. Videos show equipment running. The FAQ answers the questions we are asked most often before a quotation.
How to use these resources
- Send us the material, the required capacity and a sketch of the layout, and we can reply with a practical equipment list rather than a generic catalogue.
- Datasheets and model tables give the outer dimensions and utility requirements needed to check whether equipment fits the space you have available.
- Case studies are useful when your duty is close to one already delivered, because the route, the equipment and the packing format are all described.
- Drawings and datasheets can be prepared in English or Chinese where a project needs both.
If something is not covered here, ask directly. Most technical questions can be answered from the material description and the route we are working with, without a site visit.
