Solution
Additive Dosing
Minor ingredients often decide product quality. Additive dosing systems meter pigments, vitamins, catalysts, masterbatch and process aids at set rate or set weight into continuous or batch processes.

What the system covers
Refill, metering, discharge and verification for minor ingredients, feeding batch or continuous processes at a set rate or set weight.
Accuracy at low rates
Small additive rates need stable feeding, so screw, vibratory or belt discharges are selected on the powder's flow behaviour. Fast and slow fill stages shorten cycle time without losing accuracy, and hoppers are shaped to avoid bridging in sticky or aerated powders.
Recipe and integration
Setpoints follow the recipe and are passed to the plant PLC or HMI, with simple reporting for batch records. Refill can come from a bag dump station, an FIBC unloader or a vacuum receiver, depending on how the additive arrives.
Hygiene and containment
Where additives are food or pharma grade, hoppers and feeders are supplied in stainless with smooth internal surfaces. Charging points are enclosed and extracted so the powder stays in the equipment rather than in the room.
