Materials we handle

APIs, excipients, granulates, lactose and fine chemical intermediates, usually handled after drying, milling or granulation. Transfers are contained, and where the product requires it the line is built with quick-release connections so it can be stripped down for cleaning between campaigns.

Cleaning and changeover

Rotary valves, butterfly valves and receivers are available in quick-clean versions with smooth internal surfaces and few dead corners. Conveying branches are kept short and self-emptying, which keeps cross-contamination risk low when the recipe or campaign changes.

Contained packing

Ton-bag filling stations clamp the spout, extract dust locally and release the bag only when the weight setpoint is reached. Empty-bag handling and filter changes are kept outside the product path so operators are not exposed during routine maintenance.

Dust control

Dust collectors sized to the extraction points keep the finishing area clean and protect downstream filters. Bags, cages and cartridges are matched to the powder and to the cleaning method already used on site.

Documentation

Orders ship with dimensional drawings, material certificates for product-contact parts, function checklists and commissioning records. FAT and SAT checklists can be prepared where the project needs a documented handover.

Materials of construction

Product-contact parts are normally SS316L with polished internal surfaces, and non-metallic parts are selected for chemical compatibility with the powder and with the cleaning agents used on site. Material certificates are issued on request.
