How we work

Projects usually start from a material and a duty rather than from a product number. We look at how the powder behaves, what capacity the line needs, and how the equipment can be fitted into the building, then propose a route with the intake, conveying, storage, dosing, packing and dust-control equipment it needs.

Equipment is built in Shanghai, checked before shipment where the duty allows, and commissioned on site. Layout drawings, utility requirements and spare-parts recommendations are issued with each order, and documentation can be prepared in English or Chinese.

Because the same powder can often be handled in more than one way, we will say when a simpler or smaller system would do the job. That is usually more useful to a plant than a larger quotation.

Support after delivery

Equipment leaves Shanghai with the manuals, spare-parts list and setting data needed to run it, and we stay reachable after commissioning. Common questions are about wear parts in abrasive duties, filter replacement intervals, and how a system should be cleaned between products. Answers are usually the same for a given material, so they are worth writing down once and keeping with the machine record.

If a duty changes later - a new powder, a higher capacity, a longer route - send the new conditions and we will check whether the existing conveying line, receiver and filter area can still carry them, or which parts would need to change. Retrofits are usually a smaller job than replacing a line.
