What to include in your inquiry
A short description is usually enough to get a useful answer. The details that help most are the material and how it behaves, the capacity you need, the route the powder has to take through the plant, and any hygiene or dust requirements the line has to meet. If you already have a layout drawing or a photograph of the area, sending it will save a round of questions.
Useful details
- Material name, bulk density, particle size, and whether it is abrasive, sticky or moisture sensitive.
- Required capacity in kg/h or batch size, and the hours the line runs each day.
- Conveying distance and height difference between the intake and the destination.
- Number of destinations, and whether they are filled one at a time or together.
- Hygiene requirements, cleaning method, and any dust-explosion zoning in the area.
- Available headroom, access for maintenance, and the utilities you already have.
Inquiries are answered by engineers rather than by a sales desk, so the reply usually describes the equipment and the reasoning behind it, and says plainly when a simpler arrangement would be enough. We reply within one working day.
We work with plants in China and overseas, and can correspond in English or Chinese. Quotations are normally issued with an equipment list and outline drawings, so the figures can be checked against the scope before anything is ordered.
What happens after you write to us
Your message is read by an engineer, not routed through a call centre. If the description is complete, the first reply normally contains a suggested arrangement, the equipment involved and the questions that still need answering. If something important is missing - the route length, the number of destinations, the cleaning method - we will ask rather than assume, because those choices change the equipment list.
There is no charge for this first assessment, and no obligation to proceed. If the duty turns out to be outside what we build, we will say so and, where we can, point you towards a machine type that fits. Existing installations are also welcome: extensions, capacity increases and spare-part identification are handled by the same team.
