What we can document for a project

For an engineered order we can prepare the paperwork a plant needs before equipment is accepted: dimensional drawings, an equipment list with materials and finishes, utility requirements for air, power and extraction, and the function checklists used during testing. Material certificates are issued for product-contact parts when the specification asks for them.

Where a project needs a formal handover, factory acceptance and site acceptance checklists can be agreed in advance, so both sides work to the same list on the day of testing. Spare-parts recommendations are issued with the order rather than after commissioning, so consumables can be stocked in time.

What the factory photographs show

The images on this page are taken in our Shanghai engineering and manufacturing base. They show assembly of receivers, hoppers and support frames, the design office where layouts are prepared, and finished equipment before packing. Photographs of installed lines are collected on the projects page.

Where documentation is agreed

The document list is normally fixed at order stage, together with the inspection and test plan, so that nothing is assumed on either side. If a plant works to an internal specification - a hygiene standard, a national pressure rule, a customer template - send it with the enquiry and we will confirm which points we can meet and which need discussion.

Documents are issued in English as standard, with Chinese versions available. Drawings are provided in a format that can be marked up and returned, which keeps revision history in one place rather than across several email threads.
