Pipe Clamps

CYprocess pipe clamps — also called quick-release couplings or line supports — hold conveying pipe joints and supports with a rubber-lined grip. Lines come apart at every joint for cleaning, and the liner damps the vibration conveying generates.

Overview

About Pipe Clamps

How this equipment works in powder handling lines and what to consider when selecting it.

Working principle

Two bolted half-shells close around the pipe joint with a rubber lining between steel and tube. The lining grips without scratching, seals small misalignments and isolates the vibration that would otherwise travel the whole line into the building steel.

Options and integration

Sizes cover DN50 - DN300 lines in light and heavy duty. Clamps act as joints and as supports along runs, with hangers and brackets to suit the route; stainless and food-grade liners are available for hygienic lines.

FAQ

Pipe Clamps FAQ

Common questions about selection, integration and quotation.

Wherever the line needs inspection: bends, tees and machine connections are the usual points. Because each joint releases quickly, a section check that would need cutting on a welded line becomes minutes of unbolt work.
