Filter Bags & Cartridges
CYprocess supplies filter bags, cages and cartridges — also called filter elements or baghouse media — for pulse-jet, reverse-air and cartridge dust collectors. Circular, flat and envelope styles are matched to the collector type, and media are selected by temperature, humidity and chemistry.

How this equipment works in powder handling lines and what to consider when selecting it.
Bag styles and sizing
Circular external-filtration bags, typically Ø120-200 mm and 2-6 m long, suit pulse-jet collectors. Larger-diameter internal-filtration bags suit compartment reverse-air systems, and flat bags about 800-900 mm wide suit rotary reverse-blow collectors. Cages are sized to match the bag and supplied galvanised or coated.
Media and selection
Polyester needle felt covers about 120 °C, with waterproof, oil-proof and anti-static variants. Higher grades include acrylic, aramid, PPS, P84 and glass fibre for duties up to about 260-300 °C. Selection follows gas temperature and humidity, chemistry, dust abrasiveness and the cleaning method.
