Materials we handle

Flour, starch, sugar, cocoa, milk powder, whey, spices, seasonings, bakery premixes, beverage base powders and minor additives. Lines are normally built in SS304, with SS316L on product-contact parts where the specification calls for it, and finished with crevice-free welds and removable access covers.

Hygiene and changeover

Tip stations, receivers and hoppers are arranged for cleaning between allergen and SKU changes. Filters are accessible without tools, conveying runs are kept short and fully enclosed, and no product is left standing in open trays on the packing floor.

Typical line layout

Most projects start at a bag dump or FIBC station, screen the material, transfer it by vacuum to an interim hopper, then weigh majors and minors into a mixer before packing. Each stage can be supplied on its own or as one coordinated package with a single drawing set and one commissioning visit.

Dust and foreign-body control

Extraction is fitted at every open point - tipping, filling and packing - and screens or magnets can sit in the flow to catch tramp metal and agglomerates. Receivers and filters are pulse-cleaned on a timer so the line keeps running between shifts.

Working with your existing line

New equipment is normally added to a process that already works - a mixer, a packer or a filling line. We match interfaces, heights and flange sizes to what is installed, and supply adaptors where a direct connection is not practical.
