Equipment Demos & Factory Tours
See our powder handling systems running in the field and in our workshop.
What the videos show
These clips are recorded in our workshop and on customer sites, showing powder handling equipment running on real material rather than as a rendered animation. The library is deliberately short: we publish footage only where a project has been released for reference, and we add to it as new equipment is tested and as customers agree to have their installations shown. If the clip you are looking for is not here yet, that usually means the project is still under confidentiality rather than that the machine does not exist - ask us and we can often share a comparable example directly.
Video is useful for powder handling because the behaviour that matters is hard to read from a drawing: how material moves inside a receiver, how long a discharge takes, where dust appears, and how much room an operator needs around the equipment. Seeing a machine run also makes it easier to compare it with the layout you already have.
What to look at when comparing machines
- Capacity: rated throughput depends on bulk density, so a demo that runs fast on one powder may behave differently on another.
- Conveying distance: long routes need more vacuum and larger receivers than the in-plant runs shown here.
- Discharge mode: intermittent discharge suits measured batches, continuous discharge suits steady flow.
- Materials of construction: SS304 covers most duties, SS316L is used for corrosive or high-hygiene products.
- Dust control: filters and extraction points are sized to the powder rather than to the machine frame.
What a short clip will not tell you
A clip is recorded on one material at one setting, so treat it as an illustration of how a machine behaves rather than as a performance guarantee. It will not show the compressed air consumption, the pressure drop along a long route, the filter area needed for a fine cohesive powder, or how the equipment is cleaned between products. Those numbers come from the material data and the layout, not from the video.
Use the clips to shortlist a mechanism - vacuum versus dense phase, intermittent versus continuous discharge - and then let us size it against your own figures.
If you want to see a specific duty - a particular material, bag size or conveying distance - tell us what you have in mind and we will point you to the closest example, or send additional footage from a comparable project.
