Plastic
Compounding and extrusion lines need reliable refill of hoppers with resins and additives from silos, big bags or sacks — dust-controlled and recipe-ready.

Materials we handle
Polyolefin and engineering resins, masterbatch, color concentrates, mineral fillers and process additives, delivered in silos, big bags or 25 kg sacks depending on volume and plant layout.
Central feeding
A shared intake feeds several extruders through a vacuum network with diverters and level-controlled receivers. Refill is sequenced so no machine starves while another is filling, and long indoor routes use flexible piping with accessible receivers.
Additive accuracy
Masterbatch and additive rates are often very low, so dosing uses loss-in-weight feeders or weigh hoppers rather than volumetric screws. Fast and slow fill stages give both cycle time and accuracy, and setpoints follow the recipe.
Dust at intake
Bag dump stations and FIBC unloaders are enclosed and extracted, keeping dust out of the compounding hall. Filters are accessible for routine cleaning and empty bags are removed without opening the product path.
Changeover and integration
Receivers, diverters and hoppers can be arranged for quick emptying between recipes and resin grades. Equipment is supplied with layout drawings and the interface details needed to tie into existing extruders, blenders and granulators.
Silo and bag intake
Material can arrive by tanker into storage silos, as big bags, or as 25 kg sacks. Intake equipment is selected per format, and the same vacuum network can serve all three so the plant is not locked into one delivery method.
Machine refill control
Each extruder hopper carries a level sensor and refill is triggered only when the level drops. That keeps conveying air demand low, avoids overfilling, and lets the system share one vacuum source across machines of different sizes.
